SmileDirectClub is a teledentistry pioneer and the first direct-to-consumer medtech platform for teeth straightening.
To help raise awareness of SmileDirectClub’s service and its New Zealand SmileShops, BPR undertook an influencer marketing campaign. The main objectives of the campaign were to encourage customers to book a free consultation at one of the company’s three SmileShops and in turn, lead to purchase consideration.
We used a mix of macro and micro influencers across a diverse range of industries, from fashion and beauty to mummy bloggers, media personalities and athletes, to reach a wide range of demographics. These included former All Black Israel Dagg and former kid’s TV host Erin Simpson.
Through their content it was key for the influencers to clearly convey what SmileDirectClub does, while also highlighting their “Smile Journey” in a fun and entertaining way.
By telling their own personal stories our content creators generated incredible results, including significant use of special promo codes by their followers to book themselves an appointment.
