To support families in need and highlight
the importance of food waste minimisation, we brought shipping container specialists Royal Wolf together with Kai Ika to create a fish filleting station in a 20-foot container at Papatūānuku Kōkiri Marae in Mangere.
The container enabled Kai Ika to increase production of fish and help to meet the ongoing demand from the community.
