Bringing a taste of South Australia to New Zealand
Outstanding produce, artisan producers, world class wine
We worked with the South Australia Tourism Commission to transport a select group of media to the state with a unique culinary journey inspired by the region’s world class produce and wine.
Two icons of the South Australian culinary scene, Executive Chef, Claire Falzon and award-winning Restaurateur, Sharon Romeo, treated guests to a six-course tasting menu alongside matching wines. Each dish was introduced with stories of the artisan producers they work with and how they inspired the creation of each course.
Stunning floral installations brought the South Australian landscape to life by combining foraged leaves, tussock and meadow florals. In a nod to the food and wine on show, fresh fruit and produce was artfully incorporated into the styling.
